  1. Salary bank statements for 6 (six) months.
  2. Work ID/Offer Letter.
  3. Other secondary bank statement (if available).
  4. Office address.
  5. Number of years employed.
  6. NIN and International Passport (if available).
  7. Copy of utility bill.
  8. Passport photograph.
  9. Invoice from Olak Technologies Limited.

Applying as a Business (registered with CAC)

  1. Business bank statements for 6 (six) months.
  2. Copy of CAC and MEMART.
  3. Business address.
  4. Number of years in business.
  5. NIN and International Passport of the Directors/MD.
  6. Copy of utility bill.
  7. Passport photograph.
  8. Board resolution.
  9. Invoice from Olak Technologies Limited.
